Essential Chinese for Travelers

Travelers who know even a few phrases of Mandarin will find an enthusiastic response among the people they meet in China. This language workshop concentrates on phrases appropriate for daily use, such as greetings and proper terms of address, asking directions, using public transportation, banquet etiquette and simple toasts, shopping and exchanging currency. Materials are included.
