Prominent antique collector, connoisseur, art critic and painter in the traditional style, Mr. Yajian Liu will speak on the upsurge of antique collection in China and the rapid growth of the antique market in China over the last few decades. Drawing on his personal experience in antique collection over the last 30 years, Liu will relate the history of antique collection in China, analyze the current status of the antique market, and discuss the dynamics and undercurrent of antique collection in Chinese society.

中國近代歷史上最大的收藏浪潮，恰是在破壞文物最廣泛最慘烈的“文革”之後醞釀，大約於八十年代後期爆發。三十多年來，中國社會已經形成幾千萬人的收藏大軍，媒體推波助瀾，全民談藏，尉然古今奇觀。比唐貞觀之治、宋徽宗時期、康乾盛世、晚清民國之崇藏浪潮，更為澎湃迅猛。盛況空前的繁榮景象之下，亦隱藏亂象叢生、爾虞我詐的驚險與失序。
人文學會4月1日(週六)下午2時至4時特邀收藏家劉亞諫先生做題為《說“藏”談“鑒”》的講座。劉亞諫先生將論述收藏之道和鑒賞之道。並以其三十餘年的收藏經歷，為瞭解中國改革開放後民間文物收藏與鑑賞提供了獨特的視角。面對中國如火如荼但亂象叢生的收藏市場，劉亞諫先生亦將提出冷靜的思考和建議。
