Art and the Chinese New Year: Celebrating the Rooster!

Celebrate the Lunar New Year by exploring the meaning of roosters in Chinese art with Dr. Susan L. Beningson, Assistant Curator of Asian Art at the Brooklyn Museum, as she discusses objects in the Gallery’s current exhibition and other famous examples of this auspicious zodiac animal.
