Taught by gourmet Chef Lu, this hands-on workshop is a fun-guarantee and mouth-watering experience for people of all ages. Soup dumplings, or Xiaolongbao in Mandarin, is a type of Chinese steamed bun from the Jiangnan region, especially associated with Shanghai and Wuxi. It is traditionally prepared in Xiaolong, a small bamboo steaming basket, hence the name. Often filled with minced pork and cabbage, Xiaolongbao is now one of the most famous Chinese dishes around the world. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy the soup dumplings you make!
