What are the eligibility terms and level of membership offered by China Institute to IDNYC card holders?
During 2022, China Institute is offering FREE one-year memberships to IDNYC cardholders at the Individual Associate level. This offer is not available for existing China Institute members or to individuals whose membership expired on or after January 1, 2018. China Institute is pleased to accept membership applications with IDNYC cards issued outside of the current calendar year.

How does one apply for an IDNYC China Institute membership?
To apply for an IDNYC China Institute Membership, please present your IDNYC card and complete a membership application at China Institute (40 Rector Street, Second Floor) during regular business hours. You can also scan and email a membership application form AND a copy of your IDNYC card to [email protected] with the subject line “IDNYC China Institute Application”. The IDNYC China Institute membership application form is available here. If you meet the requirements, you will receive a confirmation email; your membership card will be mailed to the address supplied.

IDNYC memberships are not transferable.
